Welcome to RAR Educational Trust. By accessing our website, using our services, or making a donation through our platform, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below.

1. Donation Eligibility

Donations are accepted from individuals aged 18 or above, Indian citizens, NRIs, and organisations or groups wishing to support our initiatives. Donors must provide accurate personal and contact details during the donation process. RAR Educational Trust reserves the right to decline any donation without providing a reason.

2. Voluntary Donation Policy

RAR Educational Trust does not set any fixed donation amount. Donors may contribute any amount they choose, based on their capacity and preference. All funds collected will be used to support our ongoing educational and social welfare projects.

3. Refund Policy

All donations made to RAR Educational Trust are generally non-refundable. However, in special situations, a refund may be considered based on mutual understanding between the donor and the Trust. Any decision regarding refunds will be taken solely by the Trustees of RAR Educational Trust, and their decision will be final and binding.

4. Use of Donor Funds

Donations received will be utilised for educational upliftment programs, scholarships and training support, community development and welfare activities, and operational expenses of the Trust when required. Donors acknowledge that allocation and distribution of funds will be decided by the Trust according to project needs and priorities.

5. Payment Gateway – Razorpay

All online donations are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment service provider. By donating through Razorpay, donors also agree to Razorpay’s terms of service and privacy policy. RAR Educational Trust is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or technical issues arising from Razorpay’s systems. Any disputes related to payment processing should be directed to Razorpay.

6. Donor Responsibilities

Donors must provide accurate personal information and ensure correct bank / UPI / card details at the time of donation. Donors must not attempt fraudulent or unauthorised transactions. The Trust may reject or block donors involved in false information, suspicious or unlawful activities, or misuse of donations or Trust property.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

RAR Educational Trust is committed to protecting donor information. Personal data (such as phone, email, and address) will be used only for Trust-related communication and record-keeping. Data will not be shared with third parties without donor consent, except where required by law. Donation records may be retained for auditing and legal compliance.

8. Tax Exemption (If Applicable)

If RAR Educational Trust holds tax-exempt status under applicable law (for example 80G under the Income Tax Act), donation receipts and applicable tax benefit documentation will be issued as per legal requirements. Please confirm the current tax-exemption status with the Trust before claiming benefits.

9. Amendments

RAR Educational Trust reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or donation services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
